About AMIVPA

The Anna Maria Island Vacation Property Association otherwise known as AMIVPA is a not for profit 501C3 organization based on Anna Maria Island.  It is a group of responsible and ethical professional property managers which primarily manage seasonal vacation rental properties on Anna Maria Island.  All cities of the Island are well represented, Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. In the past a similar group was informally formed to assist in noise, trash and parking on Anna Maria Island.  We worked together to create a list of best practices when managing vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island.  The very same core group decided to more formally organize to help our three cities of Anna Maria Island with the recent growth of popularity our small island has seen. Our main goal is to continue to help our community find balance between full time residents and the ever growing number of visitors that are finding our small island the paradise they have been searching for.  As the need arises, the Association collects a small amount of money from each property owner they manage and in turn those funds are used for many purposes.
